Brandon Lake’s Powerful and Uplifting Message for Christians

Brandon Lake shared a powerful and uplifting message for all Christians. The popular Christian music artist will have you fired up and encouraged after listening to moving words directed at followers of Jesus Christ. Watch the short but impactful clip to listen to what he had to say.

Christians are called to be fishers of men, to share the Gospel and make disciples for Jesus Christ. Of course, we all know that that is much easier said than done. Causally bringing up Jesus Christ and the topic of faith in a conversation can be challenging at times, especially when you’re not with a receptive audience.

But it was never said that being a Christian would be easy. In fact, being a Christian can be challenging in some instances. Christians are not called to become followers and then keep the Gospel to themselves. Sharing the Good News with others is something we are all tasked with doing.

Even then, whenever we run into people who aren’t open to hearing about Christ, it can be discouraging, and we might even shy away from ever mentioning His name in conversations with others. If that describes you, Brandon Lake shared some uplifting and powerful words during a concert that will encourage and challenge you to continue sharing the life-changing, life-saving message of Jesus Christ.

“Don’t be afraid to carry the light and the truth of the Gospel into the darkest places; that is what you were called to do,” he said. “That’s what He made you to do. You are a disciple filled with the Holy Ghost. If you’ve accepted Jesus, He’s filled you with His Spirit.”

He added that, since we have Christ in us, there is no reason to fear anything.

“You don’t need to be afraid to walk into a room full of darkness ‘cause you carry the light,” he said.

Isaiah 41:10 “Have no fear, for I am with you; do not be looking about in trouble, for I am your God; I will give you strength, yes, I will be your helper; yes, my true right hand will be your support.”

Joseph: Humility and Faithfulness

When Facing False Accusations

In Genesis 39, Joseph’s faithfulness and integrity are tested in the fires of injustice. Betrayed by his brothers and enslaved in Egypt, Joseph continues to trust God and serve faithfully—even when falsely accused and thrown into prison. Yet through it all, “the Lord was with him.”

Praying Through Psalm 50: God Is Judge, Witness, and Prosecutor

Don't forget to grab your free scripture journal at PrayingChristianWomen.com/journal today! What if the "wicked" standing trial in God’s courtroom aren't the godless, but the religious? What if the prosecution’s case is built not on your sins of ignorance, but on your acts of hypocrisy? In this devotional on Psalm 50, we enter a divine lawsuit where God acts as the Judge, Witness, then Prosecutor. We move beyond the text to uncover the Hebrew context of the "wicked"—covenant members who recite God's statutes while secretly harboring deceit. We explore why God rejects the "cattle on a thousand hills" to demand something far more costly: a "sacrifice of thanksgiving." Jaime also shares a candid personal reflection on the specific accusation of slandering "your own mother's son," connecting it to the heartbreaking political and spiritual fractures we see in the world today. She challenges us to examine our own role in that division—whether we are building unity or "letting our mouths loose in evil." Join host Jaime Hampton on the Praying Christian Women podcast for a session of tender hope. If you’ve been disheartened by discord among believers or caught in the trap of performative faith, this episode offers a path toward true integrity. Come ready to be examined by the Judge who desires your heart, not just your habits. Renewal: Return to Bethel

In Genesis 35:6–36:43, Jacob’s journey back to Bethel is a powerful story of repentance, recommitment, and God’s unchanging faithfulness. Even in the bittersweet birth of Benjamin and the death of Rachel, God’s covenant promises remain steadfast.

Jacob and a fallen world

In Genesis 34–35, we see Jacob’s family face the painful consequences of sin and revenge. After the tragedy of Dinah, Jacob’s sons act in anger, unleashing destruction.
