Pastor Doug takes us back to that first Pentecost morning, to a small room full of believers that were charged up by the power of the Holy Spirit.

It is now the day of Pentecost. June 3rd thru 5th (2014) feast of Weeks or Shavu'ot. Children's day.
What expectation do we have for our children? We don't fear God anymore.
When we turn back to God he will have pity on us. God is putting things in place for his return.
We are not believing the word of God. The day of The Lord is coming and he will judge his people for their sins. We are not taking heed to the signs that the Lord is giving us to support his return. He is Coming. Are You Ready? If we reject the word of God you WILL miss out. There is more history to support Jesus, that he is real and that he was here and that he will be coming back.

Acts 2:20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:

Acts 2:14-21 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words: For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day. But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh:and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: And I will shew wonders in heaven

The movie "Top Gun" starring Tom Cruise as "Maverick" had a signature theme song called "Danger Zone" by Kenny Loggins. It aptly captured the adrenalin rush that fighter pilots feel in the heat of combat. Whether your opponent is flying a MiG jet or riding a donkey with papers to drag you into court and put you away, facing a danger zone in life is quite a challenge. Watch as Pastor MacLaren shows how God prepared an early Christian named Ananias to face his own personal danger zone when he was called on to meet the arch persecutor of the early church, a Jewish religious zealot named "Saul" of Tarsus. It is certainly true that Christ Himself must be the object of our faith (Acts 16:31), but Paul makes it abundantly clear that we must believe something ABOUT Christ in order to be saved. That is, faith in Christ includes believing correctly about His PERSON and His WORK. And to believe means: that upon which a man or woman is prepared to act. Or to put it more simply: believe is to accept as true, to accept as real!

Pay attention, Children of God, members of the Body of Christ, do NOT fight evil spirits DIRECTLY but fight them INDIRECTLY by focusing on The LORD Jesus Christ who has the power to directly confront them. God, through his angels has the power to directly confront evil spirits in all their set-up places: occult world, spirit world, strong holds, and territories. Thus victory comes by fulfilling our expected indirect responsibilities, and not by our direct confrontation with evil spirits. Indirect confrontation is our responsibility. Direct confrontation is God’s. Children of God, members of the Body of Christ are not, in THIS life in the flesh, entitled to rule over fallen angels and demons in their various ranks. Always keep in mind, Satan puts out his own dis-information on how to conduct yourself in supernatural combat against HIM! That’s right. Satan, (and his "associates"), wants to be “fought” how he wants to be fought. This way he knows that YOU, as a member of the Body of Christ, will lose these battles each and every time.
