The resurrected life means newness of life, living for God, and being a slave to God. The resurrected life is a life lived in obedience to God. The first condition of the resurrected life is to walk in newness of life. This begins when one believes in Jesus Christ and they are forgiven through faith. All truly regenerated Christians are raised with Christ to a new life. The newness of life means to walk with conviction, confidence, and assurance because the old life is dead and buried with Christ. All that God’s Word calls sinful is dead and the believer is united with Christ. In order to be united with Christ one must be separated from sin. The change is so complete that in Christ all the old things have passed away. The person who has received Christ by faith has become a partaker of the Holy Spirit and the old man has been put to death.

Here is a song from Sanctus Real's 2013 album "Run". This is what it's all about - God's promises. The Bible spells them out clearly, it's up to us to believe and trust in them. He has never failed on any of His promises.

The song was written by the members of Sanctus Real. Much of it is based on the latter part of Romans 8.

We attended church at South Valley Community Church in Gilroy on Mother's Day and the worship team performed "Nothing Without You", a Bebo Norman song. Of course, I've heard the song many times, but I hadn't heard it for a while, and SVCC's rendition reminded me what a wonderful song it is. So I made this video to go with it. Co-written by Bebo Norman and Mitchel Dane Goskie.

Staff Sergeant Todd King USAF, Ret. dedicated his life to serving his country. In 2004, a suicide bomb almost claimed his life, but God had other plans for Todd and his new bride, Laci. Operation Heal Our Patriots gave this special couple a much needed opportunity to reconnect and heal.

If there was ever a time for the Church to do this it is now. To continue to persevere in spite of suffering, some will not persevere and be lost. Christians must go on to maturity and sanctification! The road is long and it takes time. Revelation and vision are important to complete the journey. Even the strongest Christians can become discouraged at times, but we must not become anxious or bitter when things do not change right away. Sometimes we think God has forgotten about us, but wait in expectant faith. Wait on His help and trust in Him. We must turn to the Lord first when we need help and we must hold on to the vision that God has given us. God gives us all we need to endure! We must take God’s way; Christ did this and was made perfect through sufferings. We are saved by grace, but we must endure suffering, we cannot take a shortcut, we must learn obedience through perseverance. When one trusts in Christ by faith they receive the Holy Spirit and each one who perseveres will receive the Crown of Life. This takes patience, which is produced through faith. Those who overcome are those who wait faithfully and patiently upon God, receive the nature of Christ, and keep His commands.

This is where we can find all the answers to our struggles. Our world is experiencing unprecedented times of fear and turmoil. As we all learn to adapt to the constant changes, it can cause a lot of worry and anxiety. That is why we should always remember to hand our troubles over to God and He will lead the way. The words of our Lord tell us to trust in Him. John 16:33 ““I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! These days can seem long and hard, but the Lord reminds us that better days are ahead. And one day, we will all be reunited with our Maker in Heaven. Let us use these beautiful words from The Bible to spread His message of peace to the rest of the world. Isaiah 41:10 “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
