Most songs I hear on the radio take me a little while to warm up to. Very few blow me away on first listen, but this one did. Nichole is such a passionate lyricist, she has such wonderful vision and spirit. After listening to the song and watching her own video for it I was reluctant to try to make my own video for it, since hers is top-notch. Plus, the song is fairly complex. But I gave it a shot anyway.

This is an uplifting and comforting song from MercyMe's album "Welcome To The New". The song is simply called "Flawless." Yes, despite all of our bumps, bruises, scars, wounds, and pains, God's grace is unceasing. No, we are not flawless in the eyes of the world or even in our own eyes. But because of 1 John 1:9 (exercise to the reader: look it up) we are flawless in God's eyes if we admit our mistakes and ask for His forgiveness.

We can make a statement by praying for our enemies. We need to band together to spread love and not hate.
