This Young Mother Has Two Big Surprises for Her Babysitter

This young mother had two big surprises for her babysitter. She was very thorough and open about what she planned to do and what she expected from the babysitter, but she left out one rather significant detail. Watch the short but hysterical clip of this mother interacting with her sitter before leaving her child in temporary care.

Most parents would like nothing more than to spend every waking hour with their children. While those youngsters may get on your last nerve and drive you a little batty now and then, no parent would trade time with their little ones for anything in the world. Once that time is gone, it’s gone forever and can never be recovered. So, make them count.

However, being with your kids 24/7 is not really possible. People have to make a living, and so they have jobs they scurry off to five days a week. Working parents of children who are not of school age must make childcare arrangements. When grandma and grandpa are unavailable, a trusted, capable babysitter is the next most logical option.

In a clip posted on YouTube, a young woman playing pretend is a mother about to go to work. However, before she rushes off to her place of employment, she has a quick, forthright and detailed conversation with the woman she is leaving her youngster with while she is out working hard for the money.

“I’m going to do some chores, usually, I can’t do chores,” she said. “I can’t take care of the baby, so I’m going to need you to take care of the baby for me.”

That seems straightforward enough, but that is not all. She wants only to hear good things about her child when she returns.

“I want to hear a good report,” she told the sitter.

But when it comes time to put the child in the babysitter’s care, it becomes clear that this babysitter’s job is going to be much more challenging than initially thought. Instead of one child, the young mother actually has three - two more than the babysitter was led to believe. The mother kind of forgot.

“Oh yeah, I’m going to need you to babysit all my three babies,” she said.

Proverbs 22:6 “If a child is trained up in the right way, even when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

Teacher Shares Students' Comments, and You'll Be Cracking Up

A teacher shared her students' comments, and you’ll be cracking up. The youngsters’ statements, in addition to being hilarious, perfectly capture their unique perspective and creative outlook on the world. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear what the elementary students had to say on a variety of topics.

Teaching is an important, essential and noble profession. The men and women who work in education touch and impact young lives every single day. What they say and do in the classroom will have a long-lasting effect on the next generation. Their actions matter greatly. There aren’t many other jobs that can impact the future as much as teaching.

Although teaching is a critically important profession, it is still a job. You won’t be surprised to learn that teachers also have their ups and downs, good days and bad days. The profession has its good points, but it also has drawbacks. But for all the negatives someone could say about the teaching profession, the biggest incentive has to be the chance to work and impact others. Also, those students are good for a belly laugh or two every once in a while. You can never be sure what they will say next.

In a clip posted on YouTube, a teacher recites all the hilarious things her fifth-grade students said in just one week. In addition to being incredibly hilarious, they are also surprisingly witty.

“We were working pretty quietly, and I just heard this student mumble under their breath, and they said, ‘I’m having some technical difficulties with my intelligence,’” the teacher said.

“I had a student come up to me, and she goes, ‘High five!’” the educator recalled. “And I said, ‘That’s two fingers.’  And she goes, ‘Roman numerals.’”

She also said that a teacher approached her desk after a lesson, excitedly stating that she had learned something. When asked specifically what she had learned, she answered that she had forgotten.

When working with children, you can never be sure what will come out of their mouths.

Proverbs 18:15 “The heart of the man of good sense gets knowledge; the ear of the wise is searching for knowledge.”

Biting Off the Baby-Proof Corners

First-time mom baby-proofs house during naptime only to have the spunky baby girl EAT the proofing off the wall. When confronted by her mother, she jumps and tries to get away.

This Little One Proved No Amount of Baby Proofing Is a Match for Determination

This little one proved that no amount of baby proofing is a match for determination. The child was obviously bound and determined to put its parents' baby-proofing skills to the test. Watch the short but hysterical clip to see how and why these parents have to upgrade their baby-proofing game significantly.

Babies, especially when they begin crawling and walking, tend to get into anything and everything. As all parents know, every item the child comes across instantly becomes a toy. Also, those very same items will eventually find their way into the youngster’s mouth sooner or later, often it’s much sooner. Perhaps whatever they find on the floor looks appetizing?

Understanding that young children can and do make a toy and a snack out of everything they come across, parents must prepare for this eventuality. Keeping the floor clean of unwanted and potentially hazardous debris, moving breakables to a safe, unreachable location and placing foam padding on corners are all a series of activities that have become known as baby proofing.

All parents do it, and it’s the smart, responsible thing to do to keep your curious little one safe.
However, one clip hilariously captured a youngster showing that not even the best, most intricate and detailed baby-proofing job was enough to stop them. This child easily went through and discarded the materials intended to help protect a corner in the house.

The youngster easily picked off the foam padding from the corner and immediately started to help itself to a nice, well-earned snack. Why would the child want to ingest foam padding? Well, why not? Everything else it finds makes its way into its mouth, so why should the padding be any different?

Luckily, Mom spots the child trying to chow down on the padding and interrupts the little one’s snack time.

Proverbs 22:6 “If a child is trained up in the right way, even when he is old, he will not be turned away from it.”

This Little Girl’s Business Hours Are Hilariously Unpredictable

This little girl's business hours are hilariously unpredictable. It's nearly impossible to predict when this young entrepreneur's business will be open. Watch the short but hysterical clip to see what happened when a customer arrived at her business after hours.

Owning and running a business is not a 9-to-5 job. Someone running a business does not have the luxury of working only 40 hours a week. Often, those hours can range from 40 to 50, 60, and possibly even more, depending on the business's needs that week. That's not even taking into account how risky it is to open a small business, and how most of them fail within a couple of years.

So, knowing how big a financial gamble it is to start a business, remaining open, welcoming and helping customers is a must. There is simply no other way for a company to make it, especially in this troublesome and uncertain economic climate. So, maintaining a firm, set schedule of business hours is crucial. Customers must know when you're open, for sure.

In a clip posted on YouTube, a young woman is playing the role of a business owner. It's unclear what type of business she is operating, but it's a business, nonetheless. The little girl's mother, who is behind the camera, is the customer in this scenario, of course.

The child, who sits behind the desk, gives her mother specific instructions as to what to do.

"Now, pretend you're a new customer who says, 'Hello,'" she tells her mother.

Seconds later, Mom does exactly as she has been commanded. She approaches the tiny business owner who is sitting right behind the desk, waiting for the customer.

But then the child throws a curveball, something that no one saw coming.

"We're closed," she informs her customer. "See? I have this key chain up."

It was a hilariously unexpected move, but this situation could have been easily avoided if she had posted firm business hours somewhere.

Proverbs 22:6 "If a child is trained up in the right way, even when he is old, he will not be turned away from it."

Rock, Paper, Garbage Truck

My son and his two friends were playing rock-paper-scissors in the front yard when they saw the garbage truck coming down the street. 'Maybe he’ll want to play with us!' they said, running over to wait for it to arrive. One of the workers smiled and pointed them toward his partner, who happily joined in for a quick game. After a few laughs and a friendly wave goodbye, the kids were all smiles. It completely made their day.

Toddler and Great Danes Share the Sweetest Bond — Pure Adorableness

A toddler and two Great Danes share the sweetest bond, and it’s nothing short of pure adorableness. It’s clear that those two massive pups will let no harm befall the young man. Watch the brief but precious clip for a quick look at the sweet relationship between a young man and the two large dogs, who seem determined to keep a close eye on him.

It's been said that a dog is man’s best friend. While this is an extremely popular saying and likely true, I’m sure those who consider themselves cat people would have something to say about that. They will, in all likelihood, be incredibly wrong, but they are still welcome to hold that opinion: that cats are man’s best friend.

As we all know, cats can be fickle, temperamental and aloof, while dogs are seemingly right in your face constantly, always waiting to see you come home, and ready to greet you. Cats, on the other hand, will acknowledge your presence when they are good and ready, if that time ever does arrive.

It's abundantly clear from an endless string of news stories, YouTube clips and posts on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok that dogs are loyal to the end. When they become attached to someone, there isn’t anything that a dog wouldn’t do for them, as all dog owners – past and present – know firsthand.

In a clip posted on social media, two Great Danes carefully look after a young man, a 15-month-old toddler. In fact, the two massive pups keep such a close eye on the child that the young man’s mother lovingly refers to the dogs and the child’s nannies.

That clip is nothing but love between those three, and it’s incredibly sweet. But then again, would anyone expect anything less from a dog?

Genesis 1:21 “And God created great whales, and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.”

These Kids’ Answers to Teacher's Joke Will Have You Cracking Up

These kids’ answers to their teacher’s joke will have you cracking up. The youngsters gave it their best shot when trying to figure out the brain teaser, but all fell a little short. Watch the short, but hysterical clip to hear the children’s adorable and laugh-out-loud funny answers to their teacher’s joke.

Who doesn’t love a good joke now and then? Everybody wants a reason to laugh and smile. Honestly, most would probably agree they could use more laughs and humor in their lives. Life often becomes too serious and heavy, and a good, clean joke can be just what the doctor ordered.

Jokes come in all shapes and sizes, intended to fit and meet everyone’s particular sense of humor. However, one of the most popular forms of jokes is the good, old, safe and reliable Dad Joke. Of course, these jokes are not just reserved for fathers and grandfathers. Instead, Dad Joke refers to a joke being punny, a play on words that will have you both laughing and rolling your eyes at just how unbelievably corny the joke is.

In a clip posted on YouTube, an elementary school teacher takes time out of every school day for the appropriately titled “Joke of the Day.” As she always does, she provided the youngsters with the setup and let them take their best shot at figuring it out, while they shouted out possible answers.

“When Jose goes to the eye doctor, what does the eye doctor say to him?” the teacher asks her class of little ones.

Almost immediately, hands go up as the students eagerly await being called upon to give their responses. One by one, the kids give their answers, with each answer funnier than the one before it. While the kids give it their best, they, sadly, do not come up with the correct answer to their teacher’s joke.

“Jose, can you see?” she says in a sing-songy way.

Get it? If you don’t immediately, give it a second to sink in, and you will.

Proverbs 22:6 “If a child is trained up in the right way, even when he is old, he will not be turned away from it.”

This Tiny Spa Owner is the Funniest Thing You’ll See Today

This tiny spa owner is the funniest thing you’ll see today. The young entrepreneur seemed to know exactly what she was doing as she was trying to interest a potential client in some of her business’s services. Watch the short but hysterical clip to see the little business owner interact with a possible customer.

Is there anything children love more than playing? Perhaps ice cream, but despite how much they are into the cold, sweet treat, playing will always remain high on their list. As every parent knows, playtime activities can take many different forms. They will do everything from hide-and-seek, tag, house and simply run around wildly until they tire themselves out, and then mom and dad can finally get a little bit of peace and quiet.

Another favorite playtime activity for many children involves running and owning a business. Nearly every kid opens up a lemonade stand at some point during their childhood. For some children, their business may be a lemonade stand, a bakery or, in the case of one adorable clip posted on YouTube, a spa.

In the video, the child is the owner of a spa, and she is answering questions from someone who is interested in her services. The woman is trying to figure out what the business has that she might want. Hilariously, it’s clear that the little girl, who answers the woman’s series of questions, is getting frustrated by being blitzed with question after question.

Before she undergoes the spa's treatments, the little girl wants payment. She seems to think her time is valuable and doesn’t want to waste it answering pointless questions, even if they're from a customer.

However, the most hilarious part of the clip happens at the end, and it’s a result of the child’s honesty.

“What’s this smell like? It smells so good,” the woman behind the camera says. “What’s that smell?”

“The chemical water,” the little girl answers.

Border Collie Entertains Baby Baby Brother

I was in the other room when I heard my 10-month-old son laughing hysterically when I peeked around the corner I saw my 2-year-old border collie playing with him by running back and forth and occasionally giving him little kisses. I quickly pulled out my phone to send to my wife who was at work at the time. Our son absolutely adores the dog but it seemed like our dog couldn’t really care less about his brother until now, which is why it was so adorable to us as you can see how much fun he had making his baby brother laugh.
