One precious rescue dog underwent a multi-hour haircut because his fur was in such horrible shape, and by the end of the process, Lenny looked and acted like a completely different dog. 

Animals are kind, loving and resilient beings. Like humans, they want someone to show them kindness and love because they have so much to give themselves. This is especially true for dogs, as anyone who has had the pleasure of owning one of those furry, four-legged creatures knows.

A clip posted on YouTube begins with a pair of women working together to give Lenny, a rescue dog, a much-needed haircut. Lenny, as the women state several times in the clip, was in bad 

shape. However, as much as the women wanted to help him, Lenny was unsure of the situation initially. It took the animal a few minutes to warm up to the women trying to help him. 

Not only was Lenny's hair in a terrible state but he also didn't smell the greatest.

“He smells like every bad smell I’ve ever smelled combined,” one of the women said.

But by the end of the multi-hour haircut, Lenny’s attitude had totally changed. It was clear he was grateful for the kindness they had shown him.

“The very last part of shaving, he was turning around and giving Lauren kisses,” one of the women in the clip said. “He was a completely different dog.”

After the California animal rescue cleaned up Lenny, they posted a photo of the dog on Instagram. Christina, a foster mom, saw the photo, went over and picked up the newly-groomed animal. While she quickly fell in love with Lenny, she admits that Lenny “looked like a plucked chicken.”

Despite whatever situation Lenny had experienced in his past, he quickly opened up to Christina, her husband and her son. Lenny wanted someone to show him love because he obviously had a ton he wanted to share. 

“It was really love on first sight for everyone,” Christina said.

A woman who is several months pregnant was having an issue getting to her feet when her loving and loyal furry, four-legged friend came to the rescue.

Animals of all shapes and sizes are some of the most loving, dependable, loyal and caring creatures on Earth. Dogs, cats and other furry friends have a knack for quickly getting into our hearts and becoming family members. Most animals are also fiercely protective of their owners, willing to do seemingly anything in their power to keep them safe. 

A clip posted on TikTok provides the perfect example of a loving animal coming to help its somewhat distressed owner. 

The short, 22-second video begins with a pregnant woman sitting outside on the ground. Seconds into the clip, the woman decides she’s had enough sitting and wants to get to her feet. 

However, as the woman attempts to get to her feet, it’s clear that she’s encountered some problems. She struggles for a few moments to get to her feet. She eventually turns over and gets to her knees, with her back to the camera. She can go no further. 

But thankfully, she received some help in the form of a furry, four-legged friend. A dog that appears to be a German Shepherd races over to investigate the situation. The animal then walks around her and places itself, standing underneath her arms. 

The animal stands and allows the woman to steady herself on its back as she safely gets to her feet. 

Once the woman gets to her feet and takes a few steps, she is all smiles. Before the clip ends, the helpful pooch returns to the woman almost as if it's checking up on her to make sure that everything is still OK.

This clip is yet another example that shows the Lord knew exactly what He was doing when he blessed human beings with dogs.

One dog has found a cute and unique way to help him overcome his fear of people and being touched while still getting plenty of love and attention.

Everyone has a past filled with experiences and events that have affected them in one way or another. Past hurts can result in developing fears and people avoiding similar situations in the future. No two people are the same, and as a result, not everyone will respond to a hurtful or painful situation the same. It turns out that is the same for animals. 

A clip posted on YouTube shows a dog, a whippet, who is afraid of being touched. It’s unknown, but it’s likely that the dog endured something in its past that has caused it to react this way whenever someone tries to touch him. But knowing that he still wants love and attention from his owners, the dog has come up with a solution that would have made Linus proud. 

The animal, when he wants to snuggle and get a few head scratches, will entirely cover himself with a blanket and then cuddle with his owners. 

“So, he uses the blanket to get closer to you and get better cuddles,” the dog’s owner said. “He digs his way in or ask you for help, and once he’s under there, he’s brave enough to curl right up in your side and get some proper love like he deserves.”

The woman in the clip provides a possible explanation for why her anxious and fearful dog uses the blanket to get close to her. 

“It’s like an ‘If I can’t see you, you can’t see me’ thing, and when he’s under there, he’s invincible,” the dog’s owner said. 

The woman believes that the dog’s act of using the blanket to shield itself involves a lesson and an idea for our lives.

“The moral of the story is hang on to whatever makes you feel brave,” she said. “We all need a comfort blanket sometimes.”

A kind woman provided a stray cat who gave birth in her Jeep with much-needed help.

Everyone requires a little bit of assistance now and then. Whether due to circumstances out of our control or because of poor decisions on our part, people can find themselves in unpleasant and uncomfortable situations. That’s why showing someone grace and kindness is necessary and can make a difference. 

People, as it turns out, aren’t the only beings on Earth who need a helping hand from time to time. A clip posted on YouTube displays the love and kindness a woman showed a stray cat and her newborn kittens. 

The short, 3-minute video starts with the woman coming up on the stray cat, who is now a mother. The newborn kittens move and wriggle around on one of the vehicle’s seats as the mother looks at the camera with a look of helplessness and fright. This stray cat is in desperate need of help.

The benevolent woman then moved the stray cat and her kittens from her Jeep and placed them in a cardboard box on her front porch. However, that move did not sit right with the mother. 

The woman in the video confesses that the stray cat kept bringing her kittens back to the Jeep, where she gave birth to her babies. The stray cat, who has returned to the Jeep, hisses at the woman, warning her to stay away from her kittens. 

The woman, as she points out in the video, came up with a creative solution to remove the cats from her Jeep. But despite all that, the mother kitten remains fiercely protective, not letting the woman get near her babies. 

Weeks later, the kittens began exploring, climbing all over the Jeep. The woman then began finding good homes for the kittens. All the cats were placed in good homes, with the woman keeping two kittens and the mother cat.

A clip of a tiny, baby creature still learning about his surroundings, will have many people unable to withstand all the cuteness contained in such a small amount of time. 

Everyone loves cute, cuddly and furry animals. For some people, it’s almost impossible to walk by a dog or a cat without asking to hold or pet the four-legged creature. At the very least, the person, unable to withstand how cute the animal is, will have to make the obligatory “aww” sound. 

The clip posted on YouTube shows a baby, a 2-month-old gorilla, Klaus, taking in all the sights and sounds of his surroundings. At that age, the animal is still learning and likely experiencing that particular environment in the clip for the first time. 

The video begins with the baby gorilla, who is wearing a diaper, on the lap of its caretaker. The animal, for a few seconds, appears to be lightly chewing on a pair of the caretaker’s feelings. Seconds later, the gorilla, who is being held into place by its caretakers, stands up and peers right into the camera, biting on fingers on the trainer’s other hand.

The animal appears to be overjoyed by the sound of a bird flying overhead. It gazes up into the sky as it hears the aerial being, makes a noise and then even stands up. 

The video’s description explains that the 2-month-old animal has already accomplished several important milestones, including crawling, rolling over and grasping other objects.

The description adds that what is seen in the video, is essentially an activity meant to build up and develop the muscles in the animal’s legs. While still, at times, a bit wobbly, Klaus appears to be making excellent progress. 

From the looks of the video, Klaus is well on his way to perfecting the standing part of development.

A stray dog was bound and determined to become a member of a Michigan senior living facility, breaking out three times of a nearby animal shelter and jumping fences to visit the nursing home. 

Everyone wants to be in a place where they are needed and desired. People want to be somewhere and with someone who values their skills, gifts and talents. Much like human beings, animals also want to be where they are valued and loved. This seems to be especially true for one stray dog in Michigan.

In a clip posted on YouTube, residents and staff of the Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility mention how much Scout has meant to them. As one staff member remarked, Scout wanted to be at the care facility. The animal knew he had a purpose.

“And he did this [broke out of the shelter and snuck into the nursing home] three times, “Marna Robertson, the facility’s administrator, said. “And at that third time, ‘I said something, something is not right here, and he wants to live here. He wants to be here.’”

The loving animal has brought normalcy to the residents. He gives those living at the facility a feeling of being at home. 

“Having a dog in the household is more like a loving home environment,” Jennifer Martinek, household coordinator, said. “So, what would normally feel like an institution, it feels more like a home with a pet.”

Scout seems to possess a sense when one of the residents is hurting and nearing the end of their life. The precious animal spends extra time with those in pain and needing comfort. 

One woman, Shirley Sawyer, one of the facility’s residents, recently lost her brother. Scout seemed to understand what her brother was going through and knew the end was coming.

“Scout spent a lot of time with him [her brother Bob],” Shirley said. “He would lay down in his room or on his bed. And just, I think it made Bob feel more comfortable to have him there.”

Following Bob’s death, Scout seems to have understood Shirley’s loss and that she was hurting following the loss of her brother. 

“I think he spent a little more time with me than he did before,” Shirley said. “Cause he’ll come in and just lay down for maybe half hour or so and then he’d leave.”

What a precious animal who obviously cares deeply for the residents and the staff.

One adorable animal truly loves and appreciates his toys, and the dog has the cutest way of showing high regard for his possessions.

The good Lord has greatly blessed most people. He consistently meets our basic requirements to survive in the world. In fact, most of the time, God even goes above and beyond what we need. Yet, everyone is guilty, at one time or another, of asking Him for more and not appreciating enough what He has already done in our lives. 

But, as a video posted on YouTube shows, one four-year-old golden retriever, Teddy, is beyond thankful for what he has been given. The happy pup loves his toys and holds his playthings in an adorable way so that he can lovingly gaze upon them.

The short clip begins with Teddy relaxing on a couch, lying on his back with two of his four legs in the air, pointed at the ceiling. In the animal’s two legs, Teddy holds a stuffed animal, at which the animal stares. 

“Every time you see Teddy, he has a toy in his mouth,” Johnathan Lower, Teddy’s owner said. “He likes to admire them. He’s just a toy dog. That’s what he’s all about.”

But when it comes to his toys, Teddy does not appear to show favoritism. He loves them all equally, according to Johnathan.

“Teddy’s favorite toy is really anything that he can get his mouth on as quick as possible,” he said. “When you’re coming in the house, he doesn’t make a mad dash for you. He makes a mad dash to grab a toy and bring it to you.”

Johnathan adds that Teddy is about as chill and relaxed as a dog can possibly be. In the clip, Teddy relaxes on the couch without a care in the world, except for his toys. Teddy really loves and admires his toys.

A group of barnyard animals, already in the Halloween spirit, displayed their unique talent by carving up a pumpkin.

For many, Halloween is a fun-filled time of year. Children get to dress as their favorite fictional characters and then go door-to-door, asking perfect strangers for pieces of free candy. Others may prefer the seasonal Halloween, fall items where nearly everything is pumpkin-spiced flavored.

However, some may enjoy carving pumpkins. It’s normally an activity when families get together and carve a Halloween-themed design on the large, orange-colored piece of fruit. A video posted on Instagram takes this annual activity in a completely different direction. A group of chickens do all the work and carve up the pumpkin.

The short clip begins with a young woman stating what her feathered friends will soon be doing.

“My chickens are going to carve this pumpkin here,” the woman says as she holds a sizable pumpkin. “And they are very excited about it.”

Next, she helps the chickens by scratching up the pumpkin, making it abundantly clear where she wants the chickens to work. She takes a knife to the orange fruit, creating distinct shapes for the eyes and mouth.

Then, it’s time for the farm animals to get to work. The woman places the pumpkin in their pen and lets the chickens do their thing. They immediately surround the pumpkin and begin their creative process, picking and plucking at the indentations that the young woman had already made.

Their process may have been a little slow, but by the end of the video, a face – two eyes and a mouth – had been carved out by the chickens. The clip ends with the woman placing a lighted candle inside the pumpkin, making for the perfect Halloween pumpkin.

That’s a terrific and supremely creative idea. Why not have animals that already enjoy picking and carving things cut up your decorative pumpkin for Halloween?

A Great Dane and a widowed grandmother, who recently lost her husband, have formed a sweet friendship that has given her a sense of purpose after her loss. 

The good Lord knew what he was doing when he created and placed dogs on earth with humans. They are some of the most dependable, loyal and loving creatures on the planet. Canines are also resilient and persistent, refusing to let anything get them down. They are always willing to trust and love. 

Kernel, a Great Dane, would often go on long walks in the woods with his owner. It was on these walks when Kernel befriended and fell in love with an older couple. However, one day, the man passed away, but Kernel was there to provide the elderly widow with a sense of routine and purpose, according to a video posted on YouTube.

But Kernel forging a friendship and taking a liking to the older woman also reminded Kernel’s owner, Alyssa, of her own grandmother. Alyssa explains that she lost her mother when she was in high school and became very close to her grandmother and, as a result, so did Kernel.

“I was super close with my grandparents, and watching Kernel and my nana fall in love with each other kind of just made everything right in the world for a minute,” Alyssa said.

She later added that “losing my nana was a lot.”

Now, the elderly widow joins Alyssa, Kernel and Alyssa’s other dogs for a hike in the woods at least once a week. 

The elderly woman, Alyssa and Kernel have grown so close that she even invited them over for dinner on Mother’s Day. The video shows the Great Dane walking through the woman’s apartment, taking in the sights, sounds, smells and even drinking from the bathroom sink.

It’s amazing how much one large dog taking to an elderly couple in the woods has positively impacted the lives of everyone involved.

A police officer showed compassion and care for his partner during a hot day in Texas.

Summer is the time of year when the temperatures increase significantly. Particularly, June, July and August are often accompanied by hot and downright uncomfortable weather conditions. It’s during these months when attendance at water parks, pools and lakes shoot up considerably as everyone attempts to beat the heat.

But as one video posted on YouTube makes perfectly clear, humans are not the only members of God’s creation who enjoy getting in the water during the summer. Understanding that the warm weather can negatively impact animals as well, a Texas police officer helped his partner, treating him to a little time in the water.

As the video shows, an officer riding on the back of a horse walks into the frame from the left side of the screen. The two officers approach a splash pad that sprays water from the ground. 

The police officer directs the horse to the water, who then stands in the middle of the water as it sprays the animal. The video mentions that this touching scene took place in Hermann Park in Houston, Texas.

After a few seconds in the water, the horse has apparently had its fill and starts to walk off, ready to continue its police duties. 

This was a kind and loving gesture from the police officer. Anyone who has spent time in the South during the summer understands how unbelievably hot and muggy it can get. There is no doubt that the animal appreciated a chance to escape the heat, even for just a few seconds. 

Additionally, that officer’s kindness only took a few seconds. It did not take away from his or the horse’s duties. Treating each other, even animals, with love, kindness and consideration costs little, if anything at all.

Ephesians 4:32 “And be kind to one another, full of pity, having forgiveness for one another, even as God in Christ had forgiveness for you.”

A scared and abandoned dog was unsure of his new owner at first, but moments later, the animal understood this was someone he could trust.

Canines are some of the most dependable, loyal and trusting beings God ever placed on Earth. But even dogs have their limits, especially when they’ve encountered hurt in the past. Animals, like humans, want to be with someone and be in a situation where they are going to be cared for and loved. 

A clip posted on YouTube shows a dog who was unruly and obviously scared. As the video points out, the dog, Buddy, had been previously abandoned and left to fend for himself. Viewers also learn that it took Buddy’s rescuer two months in order to secure the abandoned pup. 

Understandably, Buddy had some trust issues. But soon after Buddy encountered his new owner, his new dad, the animal was like a completely different dog. 

Buddy, as he approaches the man sitting on the curb, barks several times. Even when his new dad has control of the leash, Buddy still tries to get away, unsure of this new person. 

However, the animal gets a sniff of his new dad’s hand. Then, slowly Buddy gets closer and closer and allows this new person to touch him. It’s clear this animal simply wanted a little kindness and was tired of being hurt.

Eventually, Buddy fell onto the ground, rolled over, and allowed his new dad to scratch his belly. The man seems to have won the trust of the dog, who just seconds earlier, was frightened and barking loudly. 

One person nearby, who watched the dramatic transformation of Buddy, mentioned how it “was one of the most beautiful things” he’d ever seen.”

It really is a beautiful moment of an animal overcoming the fear and hurt of its past and learning to trust again.

One furry, four-legged creature’s frenzied nighttime activities, which make its owners getting any shuteye nearly impossible, were caught on camera.

All animals, especially cats, have very different, varying personalities. Anyone who has ever had a cat knows that no two felines are the same. For example, maybe Cat A enjoys being rubbed only on its head in a particular fashion. Well, Cat B, unlike Cat A, enjoys having its back massaged in a circular or back-and-forth motion. One cat may love being held and carried around the house. The other feline would scratch you to pieces for even attempting such a maneuver. 

Similarly, not all cats have the same level of energy. Most felines prefer to lounge around, while others enjoy a much more active lifestyle, as a video posted on TikTok hilariously shows. 

The short, 54-second clip documents the nocturnal escapades of Sheldon, a black and white cat. As the video shows, Sheldon is quite the active kitty. He begins his nighttime of fun by playing a game with the feet and legs of his female owner, who wants nothing more than to get some sleep. 

Sheldon, though, has much different, rowdy and energetic plans in mind. 

After Sheldon grows tired of playfully attacking the female’s feet and legs, he sets his sights a little higher. The cat repeatedly jumps up into the bed, trying to bite and hold onto her arm and hand. 

Then, Sheldon moves even higher on the poor woman’s body. The cat lays next to, practically on top of the woman’s face. At one point, it appears Sheldon is boxing the female in the face as he repeatedly paws at her head. 

To say Sheldon is active once the sun goes down and while his owners are trying to sleep would be a severe understatement. Sheldon wants attention, wants to play and he’s not concerned with the time of day.

One furry, four-legged animal tried to be menacing and scary but failed spectacularly and instead was just hilarious, cute and adorable.

While it’s hard to get people to agree on much of anything, most will wholeheartedly admit that kittens are some of the cutest creatures on the face of the earth. From their sweet, lovable looks to their precious, endearing personalities, everyone wants to hold kittens. 

This love of cute kittens seems to translate to much bigger cats as well. 

A clip posted on YouTube shows a mountain lion cub trying out a roar. Unfortunately, for the little guy, the roar is weak. The miniature lion’s sorry attempt at a roar is a light, soft hiss. He sounds more like an annoyed or upset housecat than a terrifying, wild animal. 

After trying out a roar, the little lion looks directly at the camera. It’s almost as if he’s trying to figure out what to do next, trying to save face from the poor roar. So, he does the next best thing. He begins purring, showing his happiness and contentment with his present situation.

Then, near the halfway point of the 40-second clip, viewers spot a second mountain lion cub. This little guy is sitting approximately 10 feet away from the other large baby cat. 

The second mountain lion appears somewhat upset at first. He tries out a hiss as well. Perhaps he’s not a fan of having a camera stuck in his face? 

The clip of the two mountain lions ends with them sitting near one another and purring up a storm. 

Through all this up-close camera work on the two mountain lions, the mother is not seen. That’s a good thing, especially for the person placing the camera that close to a couple of baby mountain lions.

One dog with physical disabilities is a wonderful, loving host for those guests who stay at an Airbnb in the Turks and Caicos.

Animals have a way of burrowing their way into our hearts, quickly becoming family members. Dogs are especially gifted in this area. They are some of the most loyal, dependable and loving creatures on the face of the earth. The Lord knew what He was doing when He blessed humans with those furry, four-legged beings.

A clip posted on YouTube tells the story of a remarkable dog, a potcake named Soldier. A potcake, according to the video, is a “mixed-breed dog found on Turks and Caicos often as strays.” 

Soldier, while both deaf and blind, makes for an excellent host for all who stay at his family’s Airbnb on the island. In fact, the sweet dog ends up being the best part of most guests' stay. 

The animal, the video points out, somehow, despite his physical limitations, knows when people have arrived at the Airbnb. In the morning, after Soldier has consumed his breakfast, he will lay on the deck until the guests have gotten up. Once everyone is up and it's time to enjoy a day at the beach, Soldier will guide them to the water.

While at the beach, Soldier, being the loyal and loving dog he is, never leaves the guests’ side. He remains nearby as he enjoys the sun, sand and beautiful water. Once a guest has finished their day at the beach, the deaf and blind dog will lead them back to the Airbnb.

Soldier’s owner mentions that despite the beautiful location near the beach, guests constantly state how Soldier was the best part of their stay at the vacation rental property. 

“He just reaches your heart somehow because he makes you feel like you are his one and only,” Karen Lawson, Soldier’s owner, said.

Prepare to melt as a cat and a baby act like twins in this delightful video. 

Wilbur became the pawfect best friend to his human brother Charlie. Wherever Charlie is, it’s a safe bet Wilbur is right by his side. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunchtime, nap time, or playtime. They are the best of friends. Amanda, Charlie’s mom, truly wonders if Wilbur thinks he’s a baby rather than a cat. 

Wilbur expects to have the last bite of baby food when Charlie is getting his meals. In fact, Wilbur loves baby food so much Amanda had to childproof the house early because Wilbur was raiding the cupboards in search of smashed peas and carrots. 

As if that isn’t enough to make your heart melt, wait until you watch a clip of Wilbur cuddling and napping with an Elmo toy that he claimed for his own. Charlie’s sweet grandmother had gotten a stuffed Elmo for Charlie. But once Wilbur laid paws on the furry character, he claimed it has his own. That’s okay. Charlie doesn’t seem to mind and prefers to play in his bouncer with Wilbur, batting at the toys too. 

Amanda says she couldn’t help but capture the special and precious interactions between Charlie and Wilbur because they seem to have a brotherly dynamic she has never seen before. We know cats love to be around their human family members. 

But I imagine most cats would stray away from babies and toddlers. They tend to be loud, drool, and make a lot of noise. Wilbur not only doesn’t mind it, he follows Charlie everywhere he goes. Although I wonder if Wilbur is willing to get in the tub right along with Charlie during bath time. 

You will love this delightfully sweet and humorous video as you watch the brotherhood unfold between a precious baby boy and a striped orange and white cat. Thank God we’ve been given friends in the form of four legs, fur coats, and whiskers. 

Ready for a snort or two? Meet Roxy, a sleeping pig that might be the cutest thing ever. 

Nowadays, it’s not just cats and dogs that rule the roost. Animal lovers also have donkeys, birds, and even pigs. That’s where little Miss Roxy comes in. She’s a beloved family member living her best life, and you can tell she doesn’t take anything for ‘grunted.’ 

Instead of living in a pigsty, she’s asleep in freshly washed jammies and cuddled up in her owner’s arms. It’s a safe bet. She probably wasn’t very piggy about her jammies because she was looking forward to being held as she fell asleep.  

Roxy drifted off to pigment land when she soon began dreaming about all her favorite foods like peaches, pears, broccoli, and other leafy greens. Believe it or not, pigs love fresh veggies and fruit, unlike the stereotype of eating slop, which is honestly just hogwash. 

Soon Roxy’s smacking her lips and making noises. Her owners can’t help but point the camera in her direction as she ham’s it up in her sleep. I honestly wonder if she is dreaming of an all-you-can-eat buffet. By the judgment of her snorts and lip-smacking, it is definitely a safe bet that Roxy is. 

Soon she drifts deeper into her beauty sleep. All you can hear are little snorts of snores from this precious little swine. 

Because Roxy’s sleepy time antics are so adorable, her owners couldn’t help but share this video online and now it’s going hog-wild. With 13,000 views and hundreds of comments, it’s safe to say Roxy is headed for fame. One viewer couldn’t help but comment, “She’s dreaming of an all-you-can-eat buffet.” 

Another viewer joked, “How the heck did you get this footage of me? Did you sneak into my house?” She must dream of a snack bar in her sleep too.” 

The best comment came from a person who couldn’t help but point out God’s masterful creativity about dreams. She posted, “Then there are people who say animals do not dream. They do!” We hope you had one swine of a good time watching Miss Roxy sleep and dream. Pass it on to a friend who needs a pig-me-up in their day. 

One cute, furry and four-legged criminal did a terrible job concealing his crime, which was all caught on tape. 

Animals are sources of friendship and companionship. They are loyal and faithful creatures, always there no matter the circumstances or situation. And as anyone who has ever had a pet knows, animals are also often a wellspring of laughs and entertainment. Their sweet, unique personalities and mischievous antics can cause even the most even-keeled person to laugh hysterically.

New Jersey resident Erin Farley is well familiar with the hilariousness of animals. Her dog, Zeppole, is a criminal and likely the worst one in the world. But his criminality, which was pulled off in broad daylight and caught on camera, is still good enough for a few laughs.

In the clip posted to YouTube, Zeppole’s breaking and entering maneuver was caught on camera. Erin’s neighbors have a pool in their backyard and Zeppole enjoys the water so much that he decided to help himself to a swim.

The camera shows the dog climbing up on a container near a fence and hopping over the steel barrier. Once it gets into the neighbor’s yard, it jumps into the pool for a swim. 

But when Erin went to wrangle 1-year-old Zeppole from the pool, the animal was not having any of it. The animal completely refused to cooperate. 

Erin would pool and tug on the dog’s collar, trying to get Zeppole out of the water, but the dog held firm, not moving an inch. When Erin took a different approach, ordering Zeppole out of the pool, the dog would jump right back in and continue swimming. 

Zeppole’s criminal behavior began after Erin took the dog into her neighbor’s pool, with permission, of course. But Zeppole decided that he wanted more time in the water. 

Erin’s neighbors got a kick out of their furry intruder.

“Yes, I did show the neighbors,” Erin said. “And they think it’s so funny and so adorable.”

“When Sparky the piglet was rescued, he was brought to Sleepy Pig Farm where he set his eyes on Dexter the cat…and the rest is history,” reads the caption of the YouTube video.

As a baby, Sparky the pig was in dire shape. At the time of his rescue, he was covered in mange and parasites. Thank goodness for Sleepy Pig Farm, who took Sparky in so he could heal and have a safe home. And that is where he met his new best friend, Dexter the cat!

The cat and the piglet hit it off right away, making the cutest pair! In the video, there are scenes of the duo cuddling up together on a couch, lying side by side on the floor, giving each other little kisses, and playing around together in the kitchen. These two have become inseparable, and their sweet bond is just heartwarming to witness.

What a blessing Sleepy Pig Farm has become to Sparky the Piglet. Not only did they give him another chance at life, but they also gave him a cherished best friend in Dexter the cat. The pair is an unlikely one, but their bond is strong!

Dogs aren’t the only animals as man’s best friends. If you ask Opal, she would say it’s ducks. This little girl and her rescue duck become the best of friends, and your heart will just melt over their bond. 

While Opal and her family were at the park one day, they found an egg that had seemingly been tossed aside near a sidewalk. Hiedi, Opal’s mom, said to leave it be in hopes a duck would come back for it. That’s when Heidi learned from other duck watchers in the park that domesticated ducks are often dumped in the area. 

This gave Heidi some thoughts about the lone egg they had found when they found it still there two hours later. 

Opal then posed an innocent question to her mom. “It doesn’t have a mama. Maybe we should rescue it?” She said. And that is how Opal became a mom and best friend to Starlight. They play together, they read together, and they cuddle together. Wherever Opal is, you can be sure Starlight isn’t far behind. The pair have been inseparable since day one, and Opal’s mom wouldn’t have it any other way. 

After Starlight’s arrival, Heidi began doing research about ducks to ensure Starlight had the best life possible. She learned Starlight needed to have other ducks around in order to thrive. So Opal said yes to being a little mama to two more ducks that she named Stormie and Rain, that were adopted from a rescue shelter. 

The trio follows Opal around everywhere, and they even offer hugs. They adore Opal and think she’s the best mom ever. 

This is such a sweet video that reveals the power of love a child can offer. Way to go Opal! Your sweet love for ducks and your compassion seems to be mutual. Keep taking care of your little flock the way God cares for you!

Sometimes we just need a good laughable animal video. In this clip, a relaxed marmot loves getting a bath.

You might be asking, what is a marmot? A marmot is a very large squirrel. This rodent is seen in the video being given a bath for the first time and it is very entertaining. At first, the animal does not seem interested in the water. He is very pensive and cautious. We see him being sprayed off with a shower hose. Then, he is cleaned with soap. His eyes are large and a little in shock as if he does not know what to think. 

The owner hilariously takes hold of the massive squirrel and allows the water to drain in the sink off of his fur. It is time for the back side. As the owner scrubs and suds up the rodent’s back, he is very calm and accepting of the bath time. He appears to be relaxing and loving it.

The end product of his bath is beautiful. The marmot seems so content and his hair is shiny and fluffy. He holds on to his owner as he receives a towel off session. It is as if this marmot has gone to the spa and is super fresh. He is beyond content.

As we watch this unique creature receive a good cleaning, at first he does not know what to expect, but then he is in awe. His demeanor changes from uptight to complete relaxation. He has quite literally been washed clean.

As we ponder our own relationships with God, may we remember that we come before Him dirty and He washes away all of our sin.
