New Poll Finds Democrats Hold Overwhelmingly Negative View of Republicans

A new poll out Monday finds a majority of Democrats in the U.S. don’t have a lot of good things to say about Republicans.
Breitbart reports the Axios poll found 61 percent of Democrats describe Republicans as “racist, “bigoted,” and “sexist.” Only, thirty-one percent of Republicans describe Democrats the same way.
Fifty-four percent of Democrats also view Republicans as “ignorant.”
The study also found that Democrats are twice as likely as Republicans to be “extremely disappointed” if a close family member were to marry a Republican.
Sixty-three percent of Democrats also claim that President Trump’s slogan “Make America Great Again” is actually a message calling for “fewer immigrants” and “less multiculturalism.”
