This deeply personal project shines a spotlight on virtuoso pianist Kim Collingsworth, oCering listeners a front-row seat to her remarkable life in music and ministry.
Recorded live at the Fisher Center at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, this solo concert recording captures Kim’s signature, energetic fusion of classical precision and gospel passion. Through music and heartfelt testimony, Kim traces the moments, influences, and faith that have shaped her journey, creating an unforgettable moment of beauty, worship, and inspiration encapsulated in song.

His Gift, My Story features a stunning collection of gospel favorites, including “Fill My Cup, Lord,” “How Majestic Is Your Name,” the powerful “Miracle of Heaven Medley,” and “Battle Hymn of the Republic.” The album also showcases extraordinary collaborations with renowned pianist Dino Kartsonakis, the Celebration Quartet, and legendary songwriter Lanny Wolfe, adding depth and meaning to this milestone recording.
From moments of worship in “My Savior’s Love Medley” and “In the Garden,” to dazzling instrumental showpieces like “Chariots of Fire” and “The Entertainer/New York, New York,” each performance reflects Kim’s unparalleled artistry and her lifelong mission to glorify God through music. Medleys such as the “Sound of Music Medley,” “Americana Medley,” and the beloved closing selections “Thank You” and “My Tribute” further highlight her musical influence and heartfelt expression.
