Lauren Daigle Performs at Billboard Music Awards

It was a big night for Lauren Daigle as she picked up three Billboard Music Awards Wednesday May 1. Lauren was the only artist to win in each category for which they were nominated. She won in the following categories: Top Christian Artist, Top Christian Album (Look Up Child) and Top Christian Song ("You Say").
During the televised ceremony, Lauren gave what she called a “stripped-down” performance of her song, “You Say”; taking a break from a full band and only utilizing acoustic piano and background singers for the performance. It turns out this exact performance was the most Shazamed performance of the entire Award Ceremony!
Of the whole experience, Lauren commented on her Twitter: Continually having “pinch me” moments! THANK YOU to the @BBMAs and everyone who has supported me on this incredible journey. What a NIGHT!!
The singer continues her “Look Up Child Tour” across the U.S. The tour has dates that extend into the fall, where at that point, she will likely start a Christmas tour.
