ABC network always pulls out all the stops on the star studded season finale of American Idol. The special guest performances for the finale read like a who's-who of Rock and Pop music. Names include New Kids On The Block, Jason Mraz, Hootie and the Blowfish, James Bay, Wynonna Judd, Seal, and Cody Johnson.
One guest performance worth noting for Christian Music lovers is the appearance of Gospel Legend CeCe Winans. She performed the worship anthem “Goodness Of God,” which was originally performed by Bethel Music, but Winans has also gained much traction from her rendition of the song. The celebrated singer pulled off the performance with class and humility.
