057 - A Walk Through The Book Of ROMANS (CH 15:26-33) 6-23-15

This week we continue our ongoing walk through the Book of Romans. We covered chapter 15, verses 26-33. Paul speaks of his travel plans, which include his planned visit to Rome during his journey to Spain after his visit in Jerusalem where he is presenting an offering taken by the Gentilel believers in support of the poor saints in Jerusalem. Paul speaks of the duty we have to support those who have made the Word of God available to us and the nature of blessings as they relate to being a blessing. (SESS 57 - CH 15:26-33) OR

becoming young (again)

In this message Pastor John looks at The Parable of a Child. According to Jesus, we need to become like one in order to enter his kingdom. What did he mean? And how can we do that?

“At about the same time, the disciples came to Jesus asking, “Who gets the highest rank in God’s kingdom?” For an answer Jesus called over a child, whom he stood in the middle of the room, and said, “I’m telling you, once and for all, that unless you return to square one and start over like children, you’re not even going to get a look at the kingdom, let alone get in. Whoever becomes simple and elemental again, like this child, will rank high in God’s kingdom. What’s more, when you receive the childlike on my account, it’s the same as receiving me.”
Matthew 18:1-3, MSG

6-7-15 MESSAGE: "Blinded By The Light"

You can have a powerful, unique, and dramatic conversion experience and STILL be blind as a bat! Waiting on God to send us the right leadership and teacher is as important as finding the Lord to begin with. Saul's (Apostle Paul) conversion experience is an example of one's seeing Jesus only to walk away blind!

Reciprocal Forces of Blessing by Pastor Dr Darren Goodman

What kind of structure are you? Are you a Tower, Bridge, or High Rise? Today's message, "Structures of Unity" by Pastor Dr. Darren Goodman.

Transforming Power

Exodus 19:1-25
Acts 2:1-4
An appointed time (OT feast) means God is going to do something.
Feast of Passover and Feast of First Fruits (first fruit from the dead) point to Christ Jesus' return.

Feast of Pentecost- God is going to do something. Dreams, visions, revelations, tongues, prophecy through the Holy Spirit.

The feast of unleavened bread. The promise of the father, that power is explosive power. To do things that we thought we could not do. Moses went to the mountain and God wrote the commandments on stone. When we receive the Holy Spirit God's law is written on our hearts.

God wants us to know that there is evil in these days. He fills us with the Holy Spirit. All you have to do is ask God into your life...Jesus brings Comfort. The Holy Spirit is the Comforter. It takes God on the inside to shows you how to live on that word that you are learning in God's word.

John Chapters 14-16 speak of Jesus sending the Comforter. The battle is not yours, it's the Lords. When you have God's Holy Spirit living in you, you will be able to stand for what is right.

Acts 2:1-4

Mark 13:9-13
