Finally reached my goal of deadlifting 500 pounds at 50 years old (plus 9 months) today, May 20th, 2012
Went to Mass and confession last night and as an extra bonus, I was blessed to have been able to venerate a relic of blessed Pope John Paul II I'm certain that this helped me to lift the 500 lbs. Glory to God!!!

For others and their significant others' work and work places as well, that God would establish the steps of our feet, and that God would bring good people in our journeys. To Him be the glory.
