Daniel Werthmüller aus Zürich (Schweiz) wächst ohne Vater und als Einzelkind auf, nachdem sich die Eltern scheiden lassen, er als 2 Jahre alt ist. Mit 16 Jahren kommt er mit Drogen in Berührung. Es folgen Jahre, wo er im Teufelskreis der Sucht total gefangen ist. Bei der zweiten Überdosis ist er dem Tod sehr nahe. Viele seiner damaligen Kollegen leben nicht mehr. 1998 macht er eine christliche Therapie und lernt Jesus persönlich kennen. Er erfährt, dass Jesus Christus die Kraftt hat, Menschen aus den Ketten der Sucht zu befreien und ein Leben völlig und nachaltig zu verändern. Seit 2007 ist er glücklich verheiratet. Er ist Vater von drei Kindern. Seine Lebensgeschichte mit Gott will anderen Mut machen, mit der verändernden Kraft von Jesus zu rechnen, egal wie schwierig die Umstände auch sein mögen. Gott gibt niemanden auf!
