Cristina was at the peak of her modeling career when God spoke to her heart. At photo shoots Cristina would be uncomfortable with the kind of attention she was getting, it felt wrong somehow. “I would have to undress in front of people which became a moral dilemma, a heart issue for me,” she said. Cristina decided to quit just as she was about to come out on the cover of a major magazine. “Now I know when I get attention it’s because of inner beauty and that’s the kind of beauty I want,” she said.

Courtney Ann was struck by a vehicle and died at age 23. Over 400 people came to Courtney’s memorial service. Many did not know Jesus. “God used this awful thing to bring people closer to Him, to bring people to become donors, and possibly save more lives. Lives that don’t know Jesus, giving them a second chance,” said Anna, Marc’s wife. Courtney donated 7 organs and saved 5 lives. “I want people to know Jesus. And if that was Courtney’s purpose; God’s purpose in this awful, hurtful pain, then I can take that,” Marc said.

Shannyn Caldwell (Morning Show Host for Family Life Radio) lived a long time with a really broken heart. Her mom and dad had been killed by a tornado. “I wanted them back. I had a big gaping wound in the middle of my heart,” she said. She kept praying and praying but God didn’t take the hurt away. One Sunday when she went up for prayer, the lady praying asked God to fill the hole in heart rather than taking it away. In a matter of days she realized the hurt was gone. “I spent about 4,000 days of my life in brokenness,” she said. Shanynn was no longer in the Tornado Season; God had brought her into the Healing Season.

Kevin and Kim were blessed to fall and love and were planning their dream wedding. Kevin had a surpise for Kim though, as he had been in physical therapy for months so that he could stand and meet her during their ceremony.
