Welcome to the second weekend of December. I don’t know about you, but Thanksgiving seems a distant memory and life has gotten very busy with all the preparations and festivities of Christmas. Concerts, parties, gifts to make and buy and wrap, Christmas cards to mail, etc. We are busy and the weather is chilly, so I’m bringing you a couple of simple and cozy recipes.
This creamy chicken chili comes together quickly and is incredibly comforting and cozy to eat on a cold rainy night. You can adjust the spice level to your preference.
It’s also time for hot chocolate. Make this mix once and you can have hot chocolate for the foreseeable future—depending on how long it lasts in your house. It’s rich and velvety—everything hot chocolate should be. You’ll never buy prepackaged mix again.
